Hardware Procurement & Deployment

New hardware should arrive ready to work: accounts set up, security applied, files migrated, old machine retired.

Buying computers is easy. Buying the right computers — and getting them into people’s hands configured, secured, and with everything migrated — is the part that eats time. We spec hardware for the actual workload, handle sourcing and configuration, and deliver machines that are genuinely ready on day one.

We deliberately don’t default to the cheapest option. Underpowered hardware is a recurring cost dressed up as a saving — your most expensive people waiting on your cheapest equipment.

What we deliver

  • Hardware specification matched to each role’s real workload
  • Sourcing the right gear from trusted suppliers
  • Pre-configuration: operating system, accounts, security baseline, software
  • Data migration from old machines, and responsible retirement of them
  • Warranty and lifecycle tracking

How the engagement works

Hardware is quoted up front, with configuration and deployment billed as time and materials — or absorbed into a managed arrangement.

We’re honest about price: we’re not the cheapest, and that’s deliberate. Every proposal comes with a cost-benefit summary so you can see exactly what you’re getting back.

Point at the problem. We’ll optimise it.

Start with a short, no-commitment diagnostic. We’ll look at what you’ve got, tell you what we’d change and what it would save — and if everything’s in great shape, we’ll tell you that too.
