Microsoft 365 done well is invisible: files where you expect them, email that works, sign-in that’s secure without being painful. Done badly, it’s a monthly bill for friction. We handle tenant setup, migrations, identity and access (Entra ID, conditional access, MFA, single sign-on), Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and device management with Intune.
Licensing is where we routinely find money. Most businesses pay a flat per-user licence regardless of role. We right-size instead — matching each licence to what the person actually does. On one group-wide migration, that approach cut licensing costs by roughly two-thirds while making the platform more capable, not less.
